Guarantee Policy

Marigold Nurseries Guarantee Policy

One year guarantee, Terms and Conditions (Nursery Stock).

We give a 100% plant guarantee when the proper handling, planting and 'after care' (watering, fertilizing etc.) is provided. When these steps are not taken the guarantee is rendered null & void.

Please call our store for advice should your plant begins to suffer after planting. You may also email us a photo of your plant to admin@marigoldnurseries.com where we may be able to diagnose the problem. If you are unable to bring your plant to us due to size or location we may be able to send a staff member to your location.

All plants under the guarantee must have an inspection by one of our staff before a credit note or replacement plant is issued. The plant must also be dead upon inspection.

  • We will replace a plant once with a credit note, which will be issued on any plant that dies. Must have dead plant and receipt.
  • NO CASH REFUNDS
  • No receipt + No plant = No Guarantee NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Nursery stock must be dead before a credit note or replacement plant is issued.
  • Guarantee does not apply to annuals, hanging baskets, mixed containers, pond plants, herbs, tropicals, indoor flowering plants, cactus and succulents.
  • Sale items are not guaranteed.
  • Guarantee does not apply to damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, vandalism or negligence.
